Questions?
How long does it take?
3 to 7 working days after I receive your menu, photos and shop details. The longest part is usually ToyyibPay approving your account.
Do I need a ToyyibPay account?
Yes, so money goes straight into your account. If you don't have one, I'll help you register. ToyyibPay transaction fees depend on your account package.
Is there a commission on sales?
No. You pay the setup once and RM59 a month. Ordero takes nothing from your sales.
Can I change my menu and prices myself?
Yes. Add, edit, hide or mark items "Sold out" straight from your phone in the admin dashboard.
Do customers need to sign up?
No. They just enter their name, phone number and email at checkout, then pay.
What do I need to prepare?
Shop name and logo, menu with prices and photos, opening hours, pickup area, your shop's WhatsApp number and a ToyyibPay account.
Can it do delivery?
It's built for pre-orders and self-pickup. If you need delivery, WhatsApp me and we'll talk.
